By using it we can produce panels for mattress covers, furniture upholstery, car upholstery, on various materials, up to 5 layers..
Patterns can be freely programmed, you send a pattern that you would like to put on your product (in the form of a photo, drawing or a PDF file) and we will transfer it in digital form to your computer and send it on your product.
Two sewing machines allow:
- Faster queuing of one panel - they both quilt a part of the same panel
- Increase the complexity of the pattern
- In the production of smaller panels we can also sew two panels at the same time
