Information about the processing of your personal data
We hereby inform you that we process your personal data. Details of this can be found below.
I. Personal data controller
We, Lubatex Limited Liability Company , based in Lubawka, 17 Mickiewicza Street, 58-420 Lubawka, are the Administrator of your personal data.
II. Data Protection Officer.

III. Purposes and basis of processing
For the purpose of:
1) to provide you with an offer and answers to your questions via the contact form provided on our website on the basis of your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO
1(a)2) to conclude a contract for the sale of our products based on your interest in our offerings (basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA)
3) performance based on the sales contract you have entered into with us, (basis under Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
4) archival (evidential) to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (basis in Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA);
5) the possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims, which is our legitimate interest (basis in Article 6(1) 1(f) of the DPA);
IV. Categories of your data that we process
We will process the following categories of your data:
- name
- residential or business address
- phone number
- order number
V. Recipients of the data
We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities:
- subcontractors, i.e. entities we use for processing your personal data, i.e. accounting, legal, IT, claims adjusters, marketing agencies
VI. Transfers of data to third countries or international organisations
We do not transfer your data outside Poland/EU/European Economic Area.
VII. Data retention period
1. We store your data obtained for the purpose of entering into a sales contract for the period of negotiation of the contract and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us about entering into a contract.
2. We process your data obtained in connection with the conclusion of a sales contract until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under the contract
3. We will retain your basic contact details for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for that purpose, withdraw your consent if we have processed them on the basis of so-called marketing consent, or we ourselves determine that they have become obsolete.
VIII. Your rights:
You are entitled to:
a) the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it
b) the right to rectify (amend) your data
c) the right to erasure. If in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we erase it.
d) restrict processing. You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data solely to storing it or carrying out activities agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or are processing it unfairly; or you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, assert or defend a claim; or for the duration of an objection you have raised to the processing.
e) right to object to the processing,
f) the right to data portability: You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (e.g. ".csv" format) the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent. You may also instruct us to send this data directly to another entity
g) The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint to this effect with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or any other competent supervisory authority
h) Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of those personal data which we process on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
