Lubatex Sp. z o.o. pursues its quality, environmental and organisational objectives responsibly, taking into account environmental protection, occupational health and safety, energy efficiency, and the expectations of customers and interested parties.
Measures relating to quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency are defined by the company management, and their implementation requires the involvement of all employees. Employees are informed about the principles of the management system, the company’s objectives, and the requirements applicable to their workplaces.
Lubatex Sp. z o.o. is committed to complying with applicable laws and other requirements relating to the company’s activities, in particular in the areas of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, waste management, chemicals, energy efficiency, and responsible production.
In our day-to-day operations, we strive to:

• reduce the negative environmental impact of our activities,
• prevent soil, water and air pollution,
• use energy, water, raw materials and other materials responsibly,
• reduce waste and support segregation, recovery and recycling,

• raise employee awareness and qualifications,
• protect green areas, biodiversity and the local environment,
• respond to emergency situations and report irregularities,
• cooperate with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.

The Management Board of Lubatex Sp. z o.o. declares its commitment to implementing this Policy and ensures that it is communicated to employees, made available to interested parties, and periodically reviewed and updated.
