Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The business activity of Lubatex Sp. z o.o. consists in manufacturing and supplying textile products to customers while continuously reducing the environmental impact of production and ensuring the occupational health and safety of employees and other persons present on the Company’s premises.

In order for the Management System to achieve its intended objectives, we identify external and internal factors relevant to the Company’s operations, determine the needs and expectations of interested parties, and address identified risks and opportunities.

To build customer confidence in the products supplied, we are committed to identifying the needs of our customers, translating them into requirements for the Company, and continuously improving our activities at all organizational levels.

Being aware of the level of our environmental impacts resulting from the technological processes used, we consider their reduction to be one of the key priorities of the Company’s strategy.

Maintaining a high standard of safety is reflected in all activities of the Company.

To support the achievement of these objectives, we undertake the following actions:

we maintain cooperation and exchange information with customers in order to identify their requirements and assess their level of satisfaction,
we use only raw materials supplied by verified and approved suppliers,
we systematically improve the quality and competitiveness of our services,
we keep machinery and technological equipment fully operational and introduce modern technical solutions into the production process,
we provide continuous and comprehensive training for employees, improving their qualifications in order to meet customer expectations, while increasing their environmental awareness and awareness of occupational health and safety,
we consistently reduce the negative impact of technological processes on the natural environment,
we take environmental aspects into account already at the product design and development stage, in particular through material selection, product durability, easier maintenance, washing, repair or replacement of components, as well as reduction of production waste,
when designing products, we aim to extend their service life and ensure the rational use of raw materials, auxiliary materials and energy,
where technically and qualitatively feasible, we assess the use of materials with a lower environmental impact, including renewable materials, recycled materials and materials that are easier to recover or manage at the end of the product’s life,
we undertake measures aimed at preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases with the involvement of all Company employees,
we monitor processes and analyse the data obtained in order to define directions for improvement,
we comply with legal requirements and other requirements applicable to the Company.

The implementation of these principles is based on activities carried out in accordance with legal requirements as well as other requirements and principles relating to quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

To ensure the effective implementation of tasks resulting from this Policy, the areas of responsibility, authority and cooperation have been defined.

This Policy constitutes an integral part of the Company’s strategic management and establishes the foundations for quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

The Management Board of Lubatex Sp. z o.o. ensures that this Policy is implemented and maintained at all organizational levels of the Company, communicated to employees and all interested parties, and reviewed and updated in order to ensure its continued suitability.

During the review of the Policy and improvement activities, we also take into account aspects related to energy efficiency, biodiversity and product design in accordance with the principles of Design for Environment..
