Sewing Room 1

In 2016, we sewed 800,000 mattress covers.

Production of covers for foam and spring mattresses, quilted foam pads for sheets.

Production in this department takes place in four production halls.

Our production capacity allows us to produce approximately 15,000 mattress covers weekly, depending on their complexity. We prepare the component elements for mattresses ourselves on cutting tables when the cover is “unquilted”

or we quilt them on our quilting machines.

We can sew practically any model of cover, from one consisting of a single part to one where many component parts need to be joined: bottom and top differing in material and finishing method, side tape with handles, quilted or not, and many others.

Everything to meet your requirements – you send the pattern and we will do everything to meet expectations regarding product quality. Our sewing room is equipped with a metal detector to ensure maximum safety of our products.

All our covers undergo multi-stage quality control, from the moment we start quilting them, through sewing, to laying out and preparing for shipment. Here we use only the highest quality components: from threads through filling,

zippers to fabrics.

Sewing Room 2

Production of cotton bedding, intended for home use, in hospitals and other places where maintaining high hygiene during mattress use is essential.

The materials we use for producing waterproof sheets are not ordinary cotton with glued foil, but cotton or terry cloth with a high-class membrane allowing proper air circulation.

Sewing Room 3

Realizes orders for exclusive cotton, percale, and satin bedding for the best fashion brands, including: Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Dior, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana. Here we also sew bedding and accessories for large, renowned hotel chains, fulfilling orders for the highest quality hotel bedding.

Sewing Room 4

Production of bedding: pillowcases and pillowcases from tightly woven cotton, satin, production of tablecloths, napkins. Here we are assisted by a sewing automaton that simultaneously cuts and double-stitches bedding, while seamstresses only finish the almost-ready product. If needed, we can make prints on selected bedding elements using a semi-automatic machine for thermal printing on fabrics.

Our employees are highly qualified seamstresses, cutters, and quilting machine operators with long-term experience. We care for our staff: we provide free transport from their place of residence, subsidize meals, and ensure a friendly atmosphere at work.
