We have expanded our machinery with a modern CLEVLINE production line for the automated manufacturing of quilted panels and mattress covers. The system combines precise quilting, cutting and edging into one fully synchronized process. Four independent sewing heads make it possible to create both continuous patterns and more complex frame, central and point quilting designs.

The new line provides:

  • higher production efficiency and consistency,
  • high dimensional accuracy and stitching quality,
  • greater freedom in pattern design,
  • quick pattern changes without mechanical needle adjustment,
  • fewer operations and less manual handling of materials,
