Responding to our customers’ needs, we have purchased a modern computerized sewing machine MAMMUT P2A/240.

The fully automatic two-head single-needle portal sewing machine allows quilting any patterns with a maximum sewing area of 240x260cm.

Using it, we can produce panels for mattress covers, furniture upholstery, automotive upholstery, on various materials, up to 5 layers maximum.

Patterns can be programmed freely – you send us the pattern you would like to place on your product (as a photo, drawing or PDF file), and we will transfer it in digital form to the computer and embroider it on your product.

The two sewing units of the machine allow for:

faster quilting of one panel – both quilt parts of the same panel
increasing the complexity of the pattern
when producing smaller panels, we can sew two panels simultaneously
