On five modern cutting tables, we can cut the necessary cuts for your order. We can cut: linen fabric, cotton jersey, cretonne, satin, sponge, foil, cotton with membrane, 3D jerseys, doppeltuch jerseys, terry cloth and many others. All this can be folded/laminated on pallets, wound on rolls, as convenient for you. Max. material width that can be placed on the table is 320cm, our cutters can cut up to 20 thousand meters of material during one 8-hour shift, depending on the complexity of the cuts.

Sewing room 1 – In 2016, we sewed 800 thousand mattress covers.

Production in this department takes place in four production halls.

Our production capacity allows for the production of about 15,000 mattress covers weekly, depending on their complexity.

6 modern tractor units with trailers ensure smooth and timely delivery of ordered products to our contractors throughout Europe. We also pick up some of the components needed to fulfill orders ourselves. To ensure production continuity, we are able to store most of the components needed to fulfill individual orders. We can store a larger number of finished products, so if needed, we can send a large complete order to the client.
